Welcome. Here you will find tidbits about our family life, fun things around Indy (the city we call home), traveling with littles, & musings of motherhood. I have a passion for learning about positive mindful parenting but this isn’t a space for perfection either. I’m flawed. My kids are flawed. My husband is flawed. Yet we keep showing up & creating memories. We keep learning. We keep exploring. We keep loving each other. I wouldn’t trade any of it. This life, our life… is the one I was made for. Thanks for joining us.
Jenna (Me): The creator of this space. I have a love for exploring new places & documenting our adventures from behind the camera. Food is my love language & an adventure isn’t complete without trying the food. I was born & raised in Richmond, Indiana. Besides a season living in Vail, Colorado; Indiana has been my home for the last 32 years. While I don’t always love the weather, I love our Hoosier Hospitality. Indianapolis is also a wonderful city for kids. There is always a class or activity to check out. Plus, some pretty phenomenal museums that we love to explore. When I’m not out exploring with our littles, you can find me typically floundering at managing the house (full-time work from home mama with ADHD) because I’m focused on our next adventure or caught up in a new idea. I love to start a good book but have a habit of diving so deep into it that I stay up all night & finish it in one day. I like to live in the now but I’m working on focusing on the future.
Chris: My husband & father of our two wonderful boys. Full of big ideas that always scare me a bit but make life worth living. Our dreamer who never ceases to amaze me with his vision. Chris works in Real Estate & Construction, I am always amazed at his ability to optimize a space.
Max: Our three year old. The charismatic extrovert of the family. He loves people. He is a joy. And stubborn. And strong-willed. He gets it honestly from both of us. Sorry kid.
Liam: Our one year old. Affectionately known as “tank”. He is intense. Intensely happy. Intensely plows through everything. Intensely takes on life. You can’t turn your back on that kid for a second. Plus, don’t ever try to feed him late. It’s the only time he really gets angry.
